What Are Affirmations?
Affirmations are like fuel for the soul, positive words that we speak to ourselves, particularly to our subconscious mind. Their purpose is to replace negative thoughts or self-limiting beliefs with uplifting and encouraging statements. The manner in which we speak to ourselves can significantly impact our self-esteem and overall well-being, making it essential to choose words of kindness and positivityHow we speak to ourselves matters. It could be the difference between having self-esteem and lacking it. So, speak kindly to yourself.
Do Affirmations Work?
The answer is a resounding yes!
If you ask me, absolutely! I've been using them consistently for over five years, and they empower me every day. But, as I always say, "Perception is in the eye of the beholder," so what I believe is my reality, as one's beliefs shape their reality tremendously. I'm certain our
Thoughts manifest into physical things,
but I did a little research to see what others are saying, and I found some good stuff.
Beyond personal experiences, there is scientific evidence supporting the efficacy of affirmations
1. According to "Psychology Today", "Recent scholarship from a team of researchers at Carnegie Mellon suggests that self-affirmations actually buffer stress and improve problem-solving performance in underperforming and chronically stressed individuals" source.
2. According to the "Association for Psychological Science"
Self-affirmation has been shown to have powerful effects—research suggests that it can minimize and
reduce anxiety, stress, and defensiveness, while keeping us open to self-improvement.
The real question is if so, how
Simple Science, Not Rocket !!!!!

The process of affirmations involves exciting the part of the brain seeking rewards.
As neural pathways are triggered, our brain's positive and happy centers are activated, fostering a sense of motivation, success, and beauty.
To harness the full potential of affirmations, they are best repeated in the present tense, as if the desired outcomes
are already happening, allowing us to claim our desires and communicate them to the universe
Simply put
"Affirmations excite the part of your brain that seeks rewards."
Your neural pathway is triggered, changing the part of your brain that makes you happy and positive.

The Powerful Meaning of "I AM"
This information is like gold—no, it's priceless.
We've already discussed the power of affirmations.
When repeating affirmations, they are spoken in the present tense as if it's happening now or has already happened. This is to affirm—claiming what you want and communicating to the universe and yourself that it's yours.
The universe communicates through numbers, frequency, vibration, and energy. Everything is energy, constantly moving. If it isn't energy, it doesn't exist. Energy isn't created nor destroyed, so everything we need and want is already here.
I AM MOTIVATED,I AM SUCCESSFUL, I AM BEAUTIFUL
YOU HAVE TO AFFIRM IT! 💥💥😇
The Magic of "I AM"
The best time to say affirmations is as soon as you open your eyes while still in the alpha stage.
This is the easiest way to tap into the subconscious mind when we are in a meditative state.
And yes, you guessed it, I will definitely be discussing the subconscious, conscious, and unconscious mind soon, as well as meditation.
But for now, let’s move on to the Magic of "I AM."
The Magic of "I AM"
In my opinion,
"I AM" are two of the most important words in the universe.
It's very important to understand what you say after "I AM"—because it is powerful.
What you say after "I AM" is what you invite into your life, space, and environment.
A great example is "I AM CONSCIOUSNESS." Who doesn’t want to be conscious and aware, right?
I would love to tell you I already knew the spiritual and religious meaning behind "I AM." But before researching it a and writing this blog, I honestly didn’t. I only understood the spiritual essence and the power in the affirmed phrase, was un aware of the religious cogitation It was pure instinct and intuition, the only reason I researched was that I wanted to give some facts or sources other than myself, I trust myself I also rather give other sources, but it only confirmed what I felt.
What I did know for me "I AM" is like the two most important words in the Universe
I’m sure this is up for debate, but again, it’s just my opinion.
So, check out what I discovered:
"I AM is the metaphysical name of the spiritual self, as distinguished from the human self. One is governed by Spirit, the other by personal will."
"I AM has its being in heaven; its home is in the realm of God’s ideals. It is the center around which all the thoughts of man revolve."
"Think I AM in harmony with God-Mind, and health, wealth, and harmony will be yours."
source
"I AM is God’s name in man; it is Jehovah, the indwelling Christ. The true spiritual man whom God made in His image and likeness."
"The outer, manifest man is the offspring of the I AM or inner spiritual man."
"I AM can also be explained as the metaphysical name of the spiritual self, as distinguished from the sensate self."

Isn’t that powerful? It should give a whole new meaning to "I AM" and positive affirmations.
